To provide our automated application service, we require your explicit consent to process standard personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, and current address. This processing is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of our service contract with you.
2. Processing of Sensitive Data under Art. 9 DSGVO
Explicit Consent Required
By using our service, you explicitly authorize ImmoSwift to process sensitive personal data required for apartment applications in Germany. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Financial details, proof of income, and Schufa score information.
- WBS (Wohnberechtigungsschein) income categories and eligibility status.
- Family status and number of household members.
3. Automated Email Parsing & Proxy Addresses
To facilitate rapid applications and monitor landlord responses, ImmoSwift utilizes proxy sub-addresses. By opting into our service, you authorize our system to automatically parse incoming emails routed through these proxy addresses solely for the purpose of identifying viewing invitations and application status updates.
4. Data Deletion and Your Rights
You have the right to request the complete deletion of your data at any time. Upon account termination, all application dossiers, financial documents, and personal identifiers are permanently erased from our servers within 30 days.
